Our Commitment

- Flexible Financing: We offer interest rates significantly lower than most banks, even for those with poor credit or limited proof of income.
- Foreclosure Prevention: We work with veterans to create manageable payment plans and provide options for lower payments during times of hardship, ensuring they can keep their homes.
A Culture of Paying It Forward
Our commitment goes beyond homeownership. We inspire a cycle of giving by encouraging every veteran we assist to submit an annual video sharing how they have "paid it forward" by helping others. These stories of kindness inspire our community and reinforce the spirit of service.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure fairness and transparency, we require:
- A $48 nonrefundable processing fee to join the waiting list.
- A signed consent form authorizing us to verify military service and discharge status.
- Proof of military service with any discharge other than Dishonorable or Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD).
Unfortunately, we cannot provide financing to veterans with dishonorable discharges.
